Ed Grooms holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in Speech and Theatre from South East Missouri State University and a Master’s Degree in Theatre from the University of Missouri Columbia.Ed has been in education for over 50 years. He served as a classroom teacher for thirty years and during that time he taught Theatre/Speech/English and Gifted Education. Upon retirement he worked as a Fine Arts Coordinator for the Webster Groves School District. Ed has also taught and supervised Studio School Interns in the College of Education at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and as a Professional Development Coordinator for the Missouri Alliance for Arts Education. He currently serves on the education team at Educate.Today.
